If you want something super smooth and creamy for breakfast this morning .... then look no further! This is thick & creamy smoothie heaven. It is definitely one of my favourites. AND, it is packed full of vitamin C and antioxidants so you get a bowl of deliciousness and nutritiousness all in one. Who doesn't want that?
Mango is a great ingredient in smoothies because it creates a great creamy texture, and tastes amazing. It also goes especially well with lots of spices... cinnamon and turmeric are my favourites for adding to mango based bowls. Make sure not to add too much turmeric though or that will be all you can taste, a pinch is enough.
